Acupuncture / Dry Needling

Dry needling uses very fine needles inserted into the skin and muscular tissue to relieve pain and release tight areas in muscles.

When inserted into traditional Chinese acupuncture points, the needles can have therapeutic effects beyond the local tissues.

We can use TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) and EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) to relieve pain and re-educate muscles which are not firing optimally.

We can also use Ultrasound therapy on injuries and other problem areas to promote blood flow and healing in a local area of tissue.
